Traditionally, the Merlot grape has been used as a blending component in Cabernet Sauvignon. Americans, like their European contemporaries, have discovered the unique quality of California Merlot, a full bodied red wine with softer tannins that is quite enjoyable on its own.

This mouthwatering Merlot, aged in small French oak barrels, lends distinct aromatics of oak balanced with ample flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum.

Right and full, truly and elegant wine from the nose to its long velvety finish.
